Int’l Quran Studies Conference: Submission Deadline Extended
According to the organizers, those willing to submit their papers to the conference can do so by sending their papers via the website of the event at www.iqro.ir or its email address at quranicconference@gmail.com.
Earlier, February 19, 2018, had been announced as the submission deadline.
The University of Quranic Sciences and Teachings in Qom, Iran, annually organizes the international conference concurrent with the International Quran Competition of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The university is affiliated to the country’s Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization.
This year’s edition, slated to be held in April, will focus on the theme of fighting global arrogance.
Fighting arrogance in view of the Quran and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) and in the Islamic Revolution’s discourse will be among the main topics for discussion.
